Illustrative interior styling

A considered investment in your sale.

Staging brings the layout, scale and character of your property into focus, so buyers remember it for the right reasons.

  1. Stand out from the first photograph.

A styled space makes a stronger first impression.

  2. Make the space make sense.

Furniture helps buyers read proportions and imagine living there.

  3. Give buyers a reason to act.

A welcoming viewing helps buyers see the potential.

An experienced eye for creating a scene.

Our background is in film and television set dressing, where a room has to tell its story at a glance.

A designer's eye, focused on the sale.

Our work is focused on preparing a property for sale. We do not offer open-ended interior design. Everything we bring in is chosen for the way buyers will see the property, in photographs and in person.

  • Furniture

Pieces chosen for the scale and style of each room.

  • Artwork and accessories

Art, soft furnishings and finishing touches that give each space character.

  • Delivery, installation and styling

We bring everything in, place it and style each room ready for photographs and viewings.

Shaped around the size of your property.

Essential pieces

Finishing extras

Additional pieces and finishing touches where they will help a space feel complete.

Questions we are often asked

How much does staging cost?

Every quote is personal. It depends on the size of the property, the rooms to be staged and how long the furniture is needed. Tell us about your property and we will come back to you with a quote.

Do you stage empty homes and lived-in homes?

Tell us about your property, whether it is empty or still lived in, and we will talk through what would suit it.

How long does the staging stay in place?

Staging starts with an initial six-week hire. If you need longer, we can discuss an extension with you.

Do I need a floorplan?

A floorplan is helpful but not required. Photos help too. Share whatever you have and we will ask about anything else.

Do you work with agents and developers on more than one property?

Yes. We welcome estate and letting agents, developers and others planning several properties. Mention this in your enquiry and we will talk it through.

Where do you work?

Let us know where the property is when you get in touch and we will confirm whether we can help.
